Julie Savage-Fournier
President and Founder · Professional Solution Creator


Positive, empathetic, and creative, Julie has faced many challenges in continuous improvement and strategic consulting, which has allowed her to develop a comprehensive vision of service organizations and the healthcare field.

An industrial engineer by training, she holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, with a focus on production and logistics, as well as a master's degree in health systems engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she has over 20 years of experience in continuous improvement.

In 2024, she publishes Experimenting to Improve, a practical guide that democratizes operational excellence in Quebec organizations.
